NORTH SPENCER COUNTY SCHOOL CORPORATION

The new North Spencer Administration Building in Lincoln City was beautifully designed with collaboration, flexibility, and durability in mind. The project replaced an aging and deteriorating modular administration office with a modern and secure facility. The main entrance greets guests with a large reception desk designed to integrate adjacent color palettes and materials from the exterior site.

The large conference room features expansive windows, LED pendant lighting, and modern furniture selections that provide the school corporation with the flexibility to rearrange the space as needed is used for internal corporation training and is also open for community use. The office spaces also feature large windows, providing ample daylight throughout, new furniture throughout, and soft seating areas for small group meetings. The project has also been a furniture showcase, utilizing a southern Indiana furniture maker.
