FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Evansville, IN – February 24, 2020 – Michael Davis of VPS Architecture has played an integral role in building the new Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation. Through his affiliation with Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, Davis was connected with young cancer survivor, Preston Lewis, who had a wish to build his own desert racing team and youth foundation. Davis led the application process to make Lewis’s foundation an official 501(c)(3) and also introduced Lewis to VPS Architecture’s marketing partner, EXTEND GROUP, to help him create the new organization’s brand.

“I am excited to see the connections that were made and the growth that was achieved in a short amount of time,” said Davis. “This has been a great example of servant leadership in action. I’m so happy we could do this for Preston and his family.”

Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation was formed at the end of 2019 and gained the racing industry’s attention at the Indianapolis Performance Racing Industries (PRI) Show in December. The organization’s mission is to connect the youth with hands-on experience in off-road motorsports.

Davis will also serve as a member of the Off-Road Motorsports Youth Foundation Board of Directors in 2020. To learn more about the new nonprofit organization or to get involved, visit omy-foundation.org or contact Davis at [email protected].
