With over 10 years of construction management experience, Justin brings energetic leadership and a dedicated approach to education, healthcare, and municipal projects. In his role as Project Manager and Construction Engineer for VPS, Justin will help oversee project budgeting & scheduling, construction administration, and overall quality control.
