We offer our clients a hands-on approach to creating environments that balance design goals with budget and time parameters. Our process addresses building design holistically, where all aspects are harmoniously integrated: the site and landscape, exterior and interior architecture, furniture selection and high-performance building systems.

INVESTING IN URBAN REVITALIZATION

Recycling a building is a significant and far-reaching environmental action. That’s exactly what VPS Architecture did in 1994 when we moved to the restored Indiana Bank and Trust Building at Sixth and Main Streets in Downtown Evansville, Indiana. We took an environmental and historical approach to the million-dollar-plus revitalization of the 528 Main Street headquarters, using recycled materials and energy-saving systems.

BUILDING THE PAST AND FUTURE

Since our beginning in 1960 as Heironimus, Knapp & Givens Associates, VPS Architecture has become a firm of proven design excellence, superior service, and environmental leadership.

Clients such as Indiana University, Purdue University, Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation, Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library, the State of Indiana and the City of Evansville have come to rely on our high-performance design.

Our three active partners, Sarah Schuler, George Link, and Michael Davis are leaders in educational, cultural, corporate, civic, and healthcare architecture throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois.
